Returns will not be accepted but in the scenario that there is something wrong with your card or you are not happy with please get in contact with me, I can either do a replacement card with shipping paid by you or instead can ship out a replacement with your next order which I am more than happy to do! <3
Refunds will generally not be accepted if the product has already been shipped or delivered. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, send me an email or message me on facebook with your order number and I can process a refund for you. I will also only process refunds for orders I cannot fulfil myself either.
